Do you ever feel like there’s too much going on in your head? Too many thoughts? Too much confusion? A paper notebook can help you! A notebook is an extension of your mind, and this free online workshop will show you how.

A notebook is the most powerful tool to manage your life and work, but also to express yourself - on paper - and let your ideas out of your head. This class is designed to show you why you should use a notebook everyday and how.

During this class, we will do several activities and you will be engaged in testing many different ideas. It's an interactive and fun class, it's free and you will gain a powerful tool that can literally change your life.

Who can join? Anyone! The goal of this class is to reach as many people as possible - we strongly believe in the power of a notebook, and that's why this class is aimed to the large possible crowd. 

What you need?

☛ A paper notebook (or notepad, or sketchbook) - of any size you want.

☛ Pencils/pens/markers (any tool you already have).

☛ expressing your ideas on paper
